DevOps Engineers

This is a full-time hybrid role for a DevOps Engineers at LinProfs. The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for infrastructure management and cloud computing tasks. This includes working with Linux operating systems, databases, and implementing cloud-based solutions. Terraform, Ansible and Kubernetes are the main products to work with, together with AWS/Azure, Elastic, OpenShift, and other, mainly Open Source tooling. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and stability of our clients’ IT infrastructure.

Everyone has their role with corresponding responsibilities. We provide a comprehensive training plan so you can obtain your certificates. We also have a branch in Gran Canaria. However, ultimately, it’s about your intrinsic motivation. That’s what we look for, that’s the challenge.

Qualifications

Experience with AWS and Linux
Automation: Ansible, Terraform, Saltstack, Python, Yaml, Bash, Git
Containerization: Podman, Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS
Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Prior experience with hardening, cyber security, firewalls and networking is a plus
Windows, Azure, Atlassian knowledge are a plus
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
Certifications like RHCSA, RHCE, CKA, AWS Solution Architect or willing to pass the exams on short term
